First Hackthisite is good but im sure most everyone knows about that one.Black-Zero is a very good new site and doesnt have much of a user base so but it has good challenges.Some others are hackits,Hackquest,and hackerhighschool.Also check out hackergames.net for many hacking games and post your favorites here.
