Partially I have seen what is about step 7 however a hint regarding the encryption algorithm would be of great help (I hope).

I could get the "Level Four.txt" file, and have been able to decipher it, but the text inside doesn't seem to help for the next level... did I miss something ?
The pass is somewhere else ? Funny challenge however
